The Process

The first step is to contact Top Loft Conversions and tell us what you are thinking of doing. We will then arrange a convenient time to call.

At the appointment we will take measurements and advise on the possibilities of a design that will work for your property.

A costing will follow within seven days and, if this is accepted, a small deposit will be required to further the design with architect’s drawings. A scaled design will be prepared, showing where the stairs will go and the shape and size of the new loft room.

We can then, if you wish, make arrangements for you to view a loft near you that is of a similar design.

Should you decide to choose us to build your loft conversion, Top Loft Conversions will arrange with you to return and take detailed measurements of your property. We will then prepare architectural plans to submit to the Local Authority. We will present the plans to you for your approval first before taking them to the Council.
